Jeanne has worked in coaching, facilitation and training for over eight years. Her areas of expertise are in people management and personal development including communication style, leadership, career development, stress management, dealing with conflict, and handling difficult workplace dynamics. She has particular expertise in the area of Emotional Intelligence, which is widely accepted as the basis of good communication and healthy relationships. Jeanne has written two major papers and a psychological test as well as several training programs in Emotional Intelligence. She has a passion for promoting individual personal development, skill building and insight through discussion, exploration and experiential learning. She also offers the use of a range of assessment tools to enhance the coaching experience.
Jeanne brings interesting life experience to her career. She has lived in San Francisco, Hollywood, Brussels, Belgium and Dijon, France, and speaks fluent French. She produced television commercials, music videos and training films for ten years in Los Angeles and Melbourne. She has also performed as an actress in commercials and music videos, and still loves acting with community theatre groups. With such a colourful and dynamic background, Jeanne has a flair for adding innovation, creativity, insight, and a sense of fun to her programs.
Jeanne has provided coaching, facilitation and training for executive, senior and middle managers, and staff across both public and private organisations.
